The bark is glued on to the base to mimic a raw log, but bark usually falls off and is not considered live edge- wood that has its bark removed and natural shape left is live edge - at least as considered by woodworkers. Look up live edge mantle!
Pour Flex Seal into another container or cup slowly to keep bubbles out
In one pour, slowly pour and don’t fold the liquid in the middle of the pad to your desired depth - at least half or more of the can. Two pours will result in inconsistency.
Let stand for 48 hours before playing on it
